Be My Valentine
It’s the month for love and remembering those we love with fun cards and gifts. But I want to especially thank all of our volunteers for your loving and compassionate spirit that you demonstrate every day by coming to the Serving Center and helping our clients. You make their day!! Thank you and bless you!

New Tenants
Lone Star Circle of Care has leased 1,500 sq feet in our facility since we opened the building in March 2006. They have opened a new clinic on AW Grimes, as well as now occupy space in the A&M Health Science building that opened last November. Therefore, they do not have any plans to reopen the clinic in our building. Two nonprofit agencies that need office space will be leasing 840 sq feet and will be moving in next week. The two agencies are New Beginnings Mentoring Ministry and WBC Opportunities. WBCO will operate the Round Rock Neighborhood Center from this location.
The Volunteer Center and the Serving Center computer lab will also be housed in the old clinic space. The adult computer classes will be held in their own computer classroom now, and those classes will resume late in February. The Volunteer Center will occupy two of the offices, which will enable us to dismantle the temporary office in the second floor reception area. Lastly, the financial office and records room will also be moving to the old clinic space.
The new tenants will begin moving in February 11th. We had a wonderful partnership with Lone Star Circle of Care. Now we are delighted to be able to accommodate these new agencies with much needed office space.
